Q. How can I perform risk assessments with Focus360?

As a member of Focus360 you will have access to your own user account with all the Focus360 online tools at your disposal - including Workplace Risk Assessments.

Workplace Risk Assessments

If you have identified a hazard (e.g exit light has gone out), you can simply go the Tasks and Risk Assessments online tool and complete an individual task to resolve the issue.

Focus360 Risk Assessments have a built-in reminder function, allowing you to choose when you need to complete a review and sends you an email reminder so you never forget to follow up.

How to do this:

  • Log in to the Focus360 website, using your login details (above), and go to your Members Area.  
  • Click on Tasks/Risk Assessments.
  • Enter the Brief Issue Summary in the relevant field, then a more detailed description in the comments field below.
  • The next few fields represent the risk matrix in the form of drop-down menus (click on the "i" icon next to the options for a description of the matrix).
  • Fill in the date that this task needs to be actioned. For information on when this should be, click on the "i" icon and follow the prompts in order to determine a suitable date for action.
  • On this date, you will receive an email asking you to complete that task.
