What documents can I upload?
1. Any documents that exist on your computer : Word processing /
Text documents / Spreadsheets - e.g. WHS Committee Meeting
minutes/agendas, Notices, Correspondence, Training Register, electronic
2. Provided you have a scanner, documents that exist on paper, e.g.
receipts, invoices, signed documents, training certificates etc. Scan the
documents according to the scanner's instructions.
What are the steps I take?
First log into the Focus360 system website.
Then click on "Your WHS Documentation and Records"
Then click on "Add record"
From here you can browse your hard drive and upload anything you like.
What are the benefits of doing this?
It means you have all your WHS records and documents in the same place,
and you can access them at the click of a mouse.
