A. How the System Works
Workplace Health and Safety compliance is made simple with the
a) The system tells you what to do and when to do it. It also provides
you with all the online forms and tools you need to do that -
its simple, practical and affordable.
b) Focus360 sends you email reminders when you need to perform a
WHS-related task (such as recording workplace inspections, staff
inductions, injury reports etc.)
c) Provides you with an online account and all the tools to be able to
complete these tasks
d) It gives you a user-friendly interface, the 'WHS IM History' page, to
track how well you are managing WHS
e) Doesn't let you forget to complete a task for follow-up. When you need
to follow-up on key tasks you can record dates and the system will send
you emails to remind you.
f) After signing up, you are sent an OHSMS Plan, which explains how
Focus360 systems will use the Australian Standard 4801 (OHS Management
Systems) to build your WHS system.
g) You will then receive email reminders on average of once every week.
Each email reminder will outline that you must complete a WHS task (such
as workplace inspections, staff inductions etc.) to effectively build and
manage WHS in your workplace.
h) Don't worry - most of these tasks are really easy and take no time at
all. The best part is that you have a record of having managed WHS in
your workplace over time, which is a basic requirement of compliance with
the WHS laws.
I) As you complete tasks and enter them into the Focus360 system, you
will be building and maintaining your WHS system and all the records
records required for compliance.
